Over the years I have placed a number of orders with Emma Bridgwater and have had no complaints whatsoever. Both deliveries containing my latest order arrived ahead of schedule and very safely packaged. I was delighted with the quality, decoration and personalisation of the items, some of which are gifts …but one was a treat for me to add to my collection of small mugs (which are the perfect size and I’d love to see more pattern choices in, please!).

Easy to use website. Lovely well described items.
Ordered during sale time, so despatch was a little slower, but good to have a delivery timeslot.

Where is customer service? Waited an unacceptably long time for order, on arrival one item not fit for purpose but no response to my email
My son in law had a similar experience so I really should have taken his advice and not ordered from them again He had to wait for 3 months before his complaint was resolved. Why should this be tolerated from such a well known company?

Quick easy ordering. Product arrived very well packed in perfect condition. The pottery was as stated online.

From start to finish I experienced issues with my order , I was refunded on a mug they had no longer in stock , my order took 2 weeks to arrive (no personalised items) once arrived 3 items were not fit for purpose being seconds (Bowls with lumps in the glaze on the surface inside ) and 2 items were for gifts that I no longer needed due to the time wait , I sent back the items asap that day at my expense (£6) to then wait a further 2 weeks for a refund and I had to prompt that by asking for it to then be asked to tell them what items I had sent back to them and a further wait of 3 days . Very dissatisfied and out of pocket and it not being my fault! Iv been a loyal EB fan for many years and this was the worst service ever

My Emma Bridgewater teapot and bowls are beautiful.
Sadly, the delivery man didn’t find my address and took my goods straight to Sainsbury’s.
Due to being disabled this was very inconvenient, he said I wasn’t in but I was sitting in my garden waiting for him. This is not the first time this has happened!

Very pleased with the products I bought. Will certainly be buying more in the future. Love the vibrant colours and delightful patterns.

Efficient, safe, fast delivery, excellent product.

Poor packing, damaged items. Non existent customer service, slow delivery, ordered three weeks ago and still not delivered or even being packed! No sign of arrival. Go on holiday in two days. No idea when it will arrive and what happens then. No one to speak to and am totally lost. EB get in contact asap!

The order took several weeks to arrive - normally deliveries are a couple of days. And the order was in two parts - still waiting for part 1 of 2 to arrive….very disappointed. No invoice, nothing in the box but the label outside saying box 2 of 2. Not good enough!

These were each beautiful mugs! I love the designs.
